Mum and dad have given me some spending money as I was doing this trip on a shoestring lol so very happy about that.
I am going to countdown the days and report all the prep and post pics too, this trip is huge for me at this time I have had such a miserable time in the last 4 years.
I moved back to Burry Port this summer after living in a caravan for 2 years in a pretty ghost town called Pendine in Carmarthenshire. The first thing was the Internet getting the broadband was heaven and I started to Skyp with Deb,now we talk 3 times a week at least, it's amazing it's like having her in the room.
I started a sort of diet before Christmas and a work out program to help me prepare for my first knee replacement op later this year, needless to say it has gone by the wayside for a few days, now I have to work off my dads cooking :) first hour long work out this morning broke a sweat and probably worked off about 3 calories :( but i will keep going. I don't jump on the scales I just try on clothes and start to fit into them so I will post about my jeans next time.
I still have to sort out some of my travel arrangements I have to go to Heathrow by train from south Wales and then I have a 25 hour and 5 min journey to Adelaide with a 5 hour stop over in Singapore. The weather in Oz is 40 plus degrees and getting hotter omg!!! the sun I have forgotten what that feels like.
I have picked my suitcase it is busting out at the moment but Deb and I going to have a session on Skype to reduce it and I am sure we will break it down a few times before I am ready to finally close it.
